Request a website speed review

Three things are needed to reply usefully: who you are, where the reply goes, and the address of the site. Everything else below helps, and all of it can be left empty.

By email

contact@swiftpage.tips

the same address the form writes to ยท everything about a project is settled in writing

What it costs to ask

Nothing.

a quotation follows only if there is work worth doing, and it is written

By post

82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE

an address for documents, not a place to call at

The request form

The page you would most like measured, if you have one in mind.
What the site is built on If you are not sure, leave it on the last one.
Which stage you think you want Not a commitment. It only tells the reply where to start.
A product page, a checkout, anything readers complain about.
"It hangs on mobile", "a tool gave us a red score", "customers say the basket is slow" - all of it is useful, including who said it.
An agency that maintains the site, a theme licence, a plugin you are tied to, a date you cannot go near.
Pressing it writes the request out and opens your own email application with it already in the message. Nothing leaves your computer until you press the button in there. A long message travels in the link itself, and some systems cut a link short at a couple of thousand characters, so check the message is whole before you send it - the full text stays on screen here either way.

What the request will say

Everything it carries is here as you type it. It gets a reference of its own when you make it up, and nothing else is added.

Nothing typed here is stored or watched by this website. It is put together in your own browser as you go.

What comes back

A reply by email, saying which stage the site actually needs and what would be measured first. If a quotation follows, it is a written one, in pounds sterling, showing the whole of what is payable with nothing added afterwards. Nothing is owed for asking.

What happens after you write

  1. 01

    A reply by email

Saying which of the three stages the site actually needs, what would be measured first, and anything in the request that changes the answer.

  2. 02

A written quotation, if there is work worth doing

What is included, what it comes to in pounds sterling, how long it takes and how many rounds of changes it covers. The figure quoted is the whole of what is payable, with tax inside it and nothing added afterwards.

  3. 03

    Your written acceptance

There is no contract until you have accepted a quotation in writing and we have confirmed the order back to you by email. Up to that point nothing is owed by anybody.

  4. 04

    Payment against the confirmation

Card or bank transfer, by a secure payment link sent with the confirmation. Swift Page never sees or stores your card details: the payment provider handles them. This website takes no payments at all.

What the form does with what you type

It puts the request together in your own browser. Nothing is stored on this website, nothing is watched as you type, and the site has no database. When you press the button, your own email application opens with the request already written into the message; nothing leaves your computer until you press the button in there.

What happens to the request once it arrives in our mailbox is set out in the Privacy Policy.
