Delivery and cancellation

Delivery & Refunds

How the work reaches you, how to cancel, how a refund is made, and what your rights are if something is not what it was said to be.

last revised: 16 September 2026

The company you would be dealing with

Swift Page LTD Registered in England and Wales Company number 17460174 Registered office: 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE Email: contact@swiftpage.tips

What is delivered, and how

binds: every order from: the order confirmation source: Consumer Contracts Regs 2013 reg 13 and Schedule 2

Everything is digital. Nothing is posted and there is nothing physical to wait for.

A report
A file, sent as an attachment or as a download link in an email. A link stays live for at least 30 days; ask after that and it is sent again at no charge.
Changes to your site
Work carried out on the site itself, published to it after you have approved it in writing, with a list of what changed in which file.
The backup, and the way back
The backup taken before any work started, and the previous version of every file altered, handed over at the end of the project whether or not they were needed.

When it arrives, and what to do if it does not

binds: every order from: the order confirmation source: Consumer Rights Act 2015 s.52; Consumer Contracts Regs 2013 reg 13

Each quotation carries the timescale for that piece of work. It runs from the point at which we have what the stage needs from you - the address of the site, the access, the approvals - and it pauses while any of that is outstanding. If a date is going to be missed, you are told before it passes rather than after.

If nothing has arrived by the date in the quotation, email contact@swiftpage.tips with your order reference. Check the spam folder first: a report goes out as an attachment or a link and both get caught sometimes. If it has genuinely not been delivered, we send it again at once, and if we cannot deliver at all you may treat the contract as at an end and have your money back for the part not delivered.

Cancelling within fourteen days

binds: a consumer buying away from our premises from: the day the contract is made source: Consumer Contracts Regs 2013 reg 29 and Schedule 3 Part A

The text below is the model cancellation instructions from Schedule 3 Part A of the Regulations. The Regulations print it with footnoted options; the options for a contract for services have been taken, our own details put where the Regulations leave a space for them, and the paragraph about returning goods left out because nothing sold here is a good. Nothing else about the wording has been altered.

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Swift Page LTD, 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE, contact@swiftpage.tips) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the cancellation period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been performed until you have communicated us your cancellation from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

In plain words, and this is our wording rather than the Regulations': the right to cancel a service does not disappear because work has started. If you ask us to begin inside the fourteen days and then cancel, you keep the right and you pay for the part actually carried out, in proportion. Nothing on this site says otherwise, and a term saying that starting work waives the right would not be lawful.

Digital material handed over straight away

binds: a consumer buying digital material for immediate supply from: the order confirmation source: Consumer Contracts Regs 2013 reg 37; our own wording, not the Regulations'

The paragraphs below are written by us to explain regulation 37. They are not a quotation from the Regulations, and they are not the model text.

Where you buy something digital that is made available to you straight away - a report already written, for instance - we ask for your express consent in the order confirmation: consent to the supply beginning immediately, and an acknowledgement that you will lose your right to cancel once supply has begun. If you give that consent and we begin to supply the material, the fourteen-day right to cancel no longer applies to it.

If you do not give that consent, we will not begin supplying the material until the fourteen-day cancellation period has ended, and you keep your right to cancel throughout that period.

Nothing else takes that right away. It is limited only in the way regulation 37 allows: by your own consent, given in words, at the time of the order, and kept by us in writing so it can be produced.

Losing the right to cancel does not affect your legal rights if the material is faulty, not as described, or not fit for a purpose you made known to us before you bought it. In those cases you may be entitled to a repair or replacement, a price reduction, or a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

How to cancel

binds: a consumer cancelling from: the day the contract is made source: Consumer Contracts Regs 2013 Schedule 3 Part B

Any clear statement will do. An email to contact@swiftpage.tips saying you are cancelling, with your order reference, is enough and is the quickest. Sending it is what matters: you have cancelled in time if it leaves you before the fourteen days are up, whatever happens to it afterwards.

The form below is the model cancellation form from Schedule 3 Part B, reproduced word for word, with our name, address and email put in the space the form leaves for them. You do not have to use it.

To Swift Page LTD, 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE, contact@swiftpage.tips:

I/We [*] hereby give notice that I/We [*] cancel my/our [*] contract of sale of the following goods [*]/for the provision of the following service [*],

Ordered on [*]/received on [*],

Name of consumer(s),

Address of consumer(s),

Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper),

Getting your money back

binds: every cancellation from: the day we are told source: Consumer Contracts Regs 2013 reg 34

A refund is made within fourteen days of our being told you are cancelling, by the same means you paid by, unless you expressly agree to something else. You are charged nothing for the refund itself.

Where you asked us to begin inside the cancellation period, the amount withheld is the proportion of the work actually carried out by the time you told us. The reply setting out a refund says what that proportion is and how it was worked out.

There is no term on this site saying that sales are final or that digital work cannot be refunded. Such a term would not be lawful, and it is not what we would want to trade on.

If something is faulty or not as described

binds: every customer from: delivery source: Consumer Rights Act 2015 s.54, s.55, s.56, s.42, s.43 and s.44

Work we carried out for you

Services must be performed with reasonable care and skill. If they were not, you may ask us to do the work again at no charge, and where that is impossible or cannot be done within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, you may ask for a reduction in price.

Digital material we supplied

It must be of satisfactory quality, match its description and be fit for a purpose you told us about. If it is not, you may ask for a repair or a replacement, and where that is not possible or is not done within a reasonable time, for a price reduction or a refund.

What is not a fault

A measurement that does not reach a figure you had in mind is not a fault, because no figure was promised: what was sold was the measurement, taken under stated conditions, and the work agreed after it. A site that becomes slower later because something new was added to it after the work finished is also not a fault, although a later reading will show what changed.

None of this affects your statutory rights, which cannot be excluded.

Paying, and the currency

binds: every order from: the order confirmation source: DMCCA 2024 s.230

Everything is priced in pounds sterling (GBP), and the figure in a quotation is the whole of what is payable for the work described, with any tax that applies inside it and nothing added afterwards.

Payment is by card or bank transfer against the order confirmation, using a secure payment link sent with it. Stripe handles the card details; we never see or hold them. No page of this website takes a payment.

Complaining about any of this

binds: every customer from: the moment something goes wrong source: this company's own terms

Email contact@swiftpage.tips with your order reference and what has gone wrong. A complaint is acknowledged within 3 working days and answered in full within 14 days, and if the answer needs longer you are told why and when to expect it.

The wider terms a piece of work is done on are on the Terms of Service page, and what happens to your personal information is on the Privacy Policy page.
